Yorkshire Bank - Property Lending

Good meeting with a Yorkshire Bank representative on Friday.

Local publicity for the bank and property businesses hasn't been too good, but I was pleased to hear that they are now looking to lend/invest funds into the property sector, ideally 'big ticket' schemes are sought after at £5m+. I would be happy to meet with anyone who would like further information.

The usual criteria will apply, and a strong financial understanding will make it more accessible to clients, that’s where a Part Time FD comes into his/'her own.
